SHIPPING, HANDLING & RETURNS
We ship order to GAP AKIS EXPRESS collection points. We will aim to despatch any orders received before mid-day on the working day following the day the order is placed. Any orders placed at weekends will be processed on the Monday. We will ship to the address supplied by you in the shipping address part of the order - this should be the address of the GAP AKIS COLLECTION POINT. If this address is incorrect we will not be held responsible for any loss of goods or compensation thereafter regarding goods or shipping costs.
We make every effort to pack paint carefully so that cans arrive with you safely. However, very occasionally there may be the potential for paint cans to be damaged by the courier during shipping. If paint has leaked from a can then we will normally replace it, free of charge if we are notified on the day of receipt by the recipient. We do not, however, replace dented cans where no paint has leaked. We consider it to be the paint that we are selling to you, rather than the can. Please note that the colours displayed on this website may appear different on your computer screen. Please note that we do not offer refunds on 1 litre tins of paint that have been opened. So, if you are uncertain about the colour that you want, we advise you to try one of our tester pots first, before you purchase a larger tin.
To return an item for a refund, we must be notified within 7 working days of receipt ; items must be returned in the same condition as when they left us, and buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). We’ll refund once we’ve received and processed the safely returned item. Opened paint cans not refunded as per the above.
